The Jewellery Consultancy was created by a life long passion for jewellery. Donna grew up surrounded by beautiful jewellery with her mother and Grandmother both avid collectors of jade, diamond and gemstone jewellery. An 8-year stint working for The Diamond Trading Company, which was part of the De Beers Group, ignited an ongoing interest in the origins, science and beauty of diamonds and diamond jewellery. After completing a diploma in gemmology in 2017 and becoming a gemmologist, Donna then went on to complete a diploma in applied gemmology (jewellery valuation), attaining registration with the National Council of Jewellery Valuers in 2025.
Returning to her original passion for diamonds, Donna is now studying for a Diploma in Diamond Technology.
